Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Care program.
• Credentialed as an RRT by the NBRC.
• Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner by the Texas Medical Board.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' respiratory care needs.
• Administer, monitor, and adjust ventilation and airway support.
• Perform blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for patient plans.
• Document care provided and patient responses in records.
