Campbell County Health in Gillette, WY seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to assist in diagnosis, treatment and management of pulmonary disorders. The role includes collecting specimens, administering physician-prescribed therapies and coordinating with the RT Manager.
Requires graduation from an AMA approved Respiratory School with NBRC/CoARC credentials and Wyoming licensure. CPR certification per policy may be required; prior experience is not mandatory.

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) assists in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with pulmonary disorders. Collects and analyzes sputum, blood, and breath specimens to determine levels of oxygen, carbon dioxide, and other gases. Also measures the lung capacity of a patient to determine if there is impaired function. Administers treatment prescribed by a physician for the care of patients with abnormalities associated with the process of breathing. Works under the direction of the RT Manager and performs all duties required to support and coordinate departmental functions. Participates in the department's goal of meeting the CCH mission, vision and values. Respiratory Therapists practice according to the rules and regulations of licensure by the Wyoming State Board of Respiratory Care and the American Association of Respiratory Care.
