Job description

36hrs guarantee, Night shift, 06/01 start date. 12 hr shifts begin at 06:45 and end at 19:15. The 8 hr shifts begin at 08:00 and end at 16:30. These are Mon, Wed, and Thurs, 1 week every 3 weeks for Cardiac Rehab.

Required: WY DFS, NBRC, BLS and NRP. Dress Code is Hunter Green scrubs. Call and week-ends are required and shared. RT attends all deliveries.

Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients requiring respiratory care with evidence-based protocols.

Perform and monitor prescribed therapies, including ventilator support.

Track and report key performance metrics and squarely meet targets.

Uphold compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality initiatives.

Develop and implement patient care plans aligned to measurable outcomes.

Conduct patient assessments to identify improvements and adjust treatment.

Collaborate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.

Maintain and calibrate respiratory equipment and ensure safety standards.

Document care activities accurately in electronic health records.

Educate patients and families about therapies, devices, and self-care.

Demonstrate professional development through ongoing training and certification upkeep.

Experience/Qualifications
