Job summary

New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA is seeking a Part-time Registered Respiratory Therapist to join the night shift. You will provide respiratory care, perform assessments, ventilator management, and assist with bronchoscopy and airway interventions.

The role requires an active RRT license, ACLS/BLS, and 3–5 years of experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Competitive hourly pay with a $5,000 sign-on bonus eligible (some restrictions apply).

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist License is required.
• ACLS Certification required (American Heart Association/Red Cross preferred).
• BLS Certification required (American Heart Association/Red Cross preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in science discipline is preferred.
• 3–5 years of work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Patient assessment and evaluation inpatient/outpatient.
• Bronchoscopy set-up and assist.
• Ventilator set-up and management.
• Bedside pulmonary function testing and noninvasive ventilation.
• CPR and intubation assist as needed.
