Job summary

Covington Medical Center in Covington, WA is hiring a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic systems. The role supports trauma imaging, OR cases, and routine studies in a team setting.

Requirements include an AA degree in imaging, WA DOH registration with transition plan, ARRT registration, and BLS certification. Excellent clinical resource and independent work skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate or eligible for graduation with an AA degree from accredited Imaging program or equivalent.
• X-Ray Technician Registration with the State of Washington Department of Health and transition to Certified Radiologic Technologist within 3 months of hiring.
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists is required; if registry is pending, must complete within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of diagnostic radiology exams using fixed, portable, and fluoroscopic imaging equipment.
• May support trauma imaging, operating room cases, as well as routine diagnostic studies.
• Ensure imaging exams are completed in accordance with established departmental policies and clinical guidelines.
• Serve as a clinical resource and role model, working effectively both independently and as part of the care team.
