We are seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician to work in a fast-paced environment. The role involves assisting pharmacists with preparing, repackaging, compounding, filling, and delivering medications, as well as handling tasks related to dispensing appropriate for patients from infancy to adulthood. The technician also manages procurement, record keeping, storage, and distribution of controlled substances.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing prescriptions and medication orders
• Ensuring proper distribution and delivery of pharmaceuticals and supplies
• Delivering doses within departmental time standards
• Completing activity checklists, including expired drug checks and supply orders
• Checking communication channels such as email and mail each shift
• Filing medication orders and stop orders daily
• Maintaining adequate stock of medications and supplies with Materials and Logistics
• Assisting with new formulations and updates in the Master Formulation Book and pharmacy software
• Performing weekly inspections of pharmacy areas for drug accountability and study drugs

Note: All candidates must undergo respiratory fit testing as part of workplace safety protocols.

Qualifications:
