Exciting opportunity to join a team of pharmacy experts as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, the Texas registered pharmacy technician will take in-coming calls from members and providers, providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. The ideal candidate must maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfer all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.

Qualifications
