Qualifications

• College degree and licensure in pharmacy required; must maintain continuing education to keep license active
• 6 months to 1 year of similar or related work experience required
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Ability to administer immunizations required

Responsibilities

• Fill and verify prescriptions and counsel patients in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Assist with inventory and ordering; support the pharmacy team
• Counsel patients and promote wellness programs and community outreach
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA and store policies
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Manager and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Provide high-quality customer service and accurate medication counseling
• Administer immunizations as certified and maintain drug safety
