Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state(s) of practice
• Current continuing education credits maintained
• Active license in good standing
• Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist pharmacy technicians as required.
• Handle phone calls and patient inquiries.
• Prepare IV medications as needed (IV experience a plus).
• Evaluate medication orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with prescribers' orders.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and standards.
