  • Participate in Performance Improvement and Risk Management initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and direction to Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacy Transporters.
  • Effectively prioritize workload and utilize pharmacy resources.
  • Participate in departmental education, in-services and professional-development activities.
  • Maintain required professional licensure and competencies.
  • Practice appropriate cost-containment measures.
  • Provide professional and effective communication across the healthcare team.
  • Adapt to changing staffing and departmental needs.
  • Perform additional pharmacy-related duties as assigned

We are seeking an experienced Registered Pharmacist for an opportunity in White Plains, New York. Position Summary

Under the direction of Pharmacy Services leadership, the Registered Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical services to patients while collaborating closely with nurses, physicians, pharmacy staff and other members of the healthcare team.

The Pharmacist will review medication orders against patient medication profiles, promote safe and appropriate medication use, and ensure pharmacy services are delivered according to hospital policies, procedures and professional standards.

This position also provides an opportunity to demonstrate leadership, professional accountability and strong clinical decision-making within a hospital pharmacy environment.

Key Responsibilities
