Conduct due diligence, including freedom to operate studies.
Admitted to practice before the USPTO.
3 years (6 years preferred) of experience as a registered patent agent.
Industry experience in technology or engineering companies is a plus.
Master's or Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related discipline.
Bachelor's degree with significant industry experience may be considered.
Registered Patent Agent with the USPTO.
Proficient in Westlaw, patent-related databases, and MS Office Suite.
