Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Patent Agent with 3–5 years of experience and a degree in electrical or computer engineering to join its intellectual property team in Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, or Washington, DC.

You will assist in preparing and prosecuting patent applications, conduct technical research, collaborate with attorneys on IP matters, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Patent Agent.
• Technical experience in telecommunications, electronic circuit design, signal processing, computer engineering, and/or software.
• Admitted to practice before the USPTO.
• Undergraduate degree in electrical or computer engineering; advanced degree preferred.
