Responsibilities include drafting and prosecuting patent applications, conducting patentability analyses, and collaborating with attorneys and clients on patent strategy. Technical experience in telecommunications and electronic circuit design is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of patent agent experience.
• USPTO admission required.
• Experience in telecommunications, electronics, signal processing, computer engineering, and/or software.
