Zusammenfassung

Tacoma Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our 5-star skilled therapy team. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities with a competitive hourly wage of $60.00–$70.00 based on experience and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

The OT evaluates residents, develops treatment plans, and delivers therapy to improve ADLs, strength, and independence. You’ll document progress and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ best outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Valid Washington State license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Position Summary:

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides high-quality rehabilitative care to residents needing support in restoring or enhancing independence with daily living skills. You will complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic interventions, document progress, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in reaching their highest level of function.

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
