TheraDynamics is seeking an Occupational Therapist for SNF settings to help patients regain independence after strokes, fractures, and cardiac events. You will design functional interventions addressing ADLs, cognitive retraining, upper-extremity rehab, and safe discharge planning.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license.
• NBCOT certification (or eligible).

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, and collaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptual deficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training.
• Maintain clinical reasoning with realistic productivity expectations.
