Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our local staffing team. Responsibilities include maintaining patient care in a clean, safe environment, collaborating with physicians and therapists, and developing nursing care plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and at least 1 year of hospital experience, preferably in acute rehabilitation. Flexibility in hours and competency with electronic charting are essential; BLS is required and ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• 1 year hospital experience.
• Experience as RN in acute rehabilitation hospital.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current TB within 1 year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Finger Print Card clearance (current).

Responsibilities

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilatation hospital.
• The desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Must be efficent in electronical charting system.
• BLS(required)/ACLS (preferred)
• Current TB with in a year
• Physical within 6 months
• Finger Print Card clearance (current)
