Job summary

Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time and part-time roles at a single residential community serving older adults. RNs provide person-centered care in a calm, welcoming environment and build meaningful relationships with residents and the care team.

You will work day, evening, or overnight shifts, administer medications, document care, monitor health changes, and follow established care plans.

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate and able to work independently.
• Experience caring for older adults preferred.
• WellSky experience is a plus.
• Ability to complete background checks and credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, person-centered nursing care.
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition.

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is hiring compassionate, dependable RNs to support residents within a private, mission-driven residential community serving older adults in the Baltimore area.

This is a unique opportunity to provide personalized care in a calm, welcoming environment where relationships, dignity and continuity matter. Instead of traveling between multiple homes, RNs work at one consistent location and become familiar with the residents, their routines and the broader care team.

We are hiring full-time and part-time RNs for:

• Day-time shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, person-centered nursing care
• Monitoring residents and identifying changes in condition
• Administering medications and treatments as authorized
• Completing timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicating with residents, families and members of the care team
• Supporting a safe, respectful and comfortable environment
• Following established care plans, policies and clinical procedures
