CareDiem Home Care is seeking compassionate RNs to provide skilled home health nursing in McHenry and surrounding areas. You will deliver care under physician orders, perform assessments, administer meds, and document patient progress using Axxess.

Ideal candidates hold an IL RN license with 1+ year nursing experience (home health preferred), CPR (BLS), and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling with competitive pay and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience; home health preferred.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in the state of Illinois
• 1+ year nursing experience (home health preferred)
• CPR certification (BLS)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and independence
