Job summary

Northcrest Nursing and Rehab located in Napoleon, Ohio, is a skilled nursing facility delivering compassionate care to residents. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Night Shift team, with an $8,000 sign-on bonus and flexible scheduling.

As part of our caring interdisciplinary team, you will administer medications, monitor vital signs, develop care plans, and educate residents and families. Ohio RN license required; LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly reporting any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
