Northcrest Nursing and Rehab in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, night, and weekend shifts, plus an $8,000 sign-on bonus and premium benefits.

Deliver high-quality nursing care, assess residents, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create personalized care plans.

Formación

• Valid LPN license in Ohio.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Compassionate and patient-centered nursing approach.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades
