Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home in Union, NJ. Per diem scheduling may include day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a New Jersey RN license, has at least 1 year of RN experience (acute or home care), current BLS, and a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work in the United States and health clearances are required.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical examination completed within the past year.
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable.
• MMR immunization documentation.
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home RN care.
• Assess and monitor client health in home setting.
• Collaborate with client and family to adjust care plan.
• Document care provided and coordinate with clinical team.

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home.

This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, focused care, and the opportunity to use their clinical skills in a home care setting.

Location: Union, NJ 07083 and surrounding areas

Position Details

• Per diem position

• One-on-one client care

• Flexible scheduling based on client needs

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments may be available

• Pay: $55.00 per hour
