Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem shifts in Union, NJ and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include providing one-on-one in-home care on day, night, and weekend shifts based on client needs.

Active NJ RN license, 1 year RN experience in acute or home care, and current BLS are required. Valid driver's license and ability to work in the United States are essential.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in acute or home care.
• BLS certification currently active.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical exam completed within the past year.
• Current PPD/QuantiFERON or chest X-ray if applicable.
• MMR immunization documentation.
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home care to clients.
• Coordinate with clinical and scheduling teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for flexible, meaningful shift opportunities?
Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their homes.

We are currently hiring RNs to support scheduled day, night, and weekend shifts based on client needs in Union, NJ (07083), and surrounding areas. Opportunities may include cases throughout Essex, Bergen, Middlesex, and other North and Central New Jersey communities.

Position Overview

This opportunity is ideal for RNs looking for per diem shift work and the chance to provide focused, high-quality care in a home setting.

We welcome experienced nurses with backgrounds in:

• Acute care
• Home care
• ICU
• Med-Surg
• Emergency Department

Pay Rate

• $55.00 per hour
