Job summary

Healogics is seeking an experienced RN to provide direct patient care in the Wound Care Center. The role includes patient intake, discharge processing, and, if needed, Case Management for a cohort of patients.

Qualifications

• RN with ADN degree and active license in the practice state
• BSN preferred
• Wound care certification preferred; wound care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care for Wound Care Center patients per nursing standards
• Manage patient intake and discharge
• Possibly serve as Case Manager for assigned patients
• Perform initial nursing assessment and document care plans
• Communicate findings with physicians and coordinate care
• Assist in HBO-related duties after training
• Maintain patient advocacy and education
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and program leadership
