Sentara Wound Healing Center - Ambulatory Port Warwick Diagnostic Center is hiring a Registered Nurse.

Shift: Days

Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (8 Hour Shift)

No Weekends and Holidays

License and Certification

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire

Sentara Wound Healing Center provides state-of-the-art treatment and comprehensive wound care for non-healing or chronic wounds. Our physician-directed treatment includes innovative debridement devices and on-site Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy (HBO) when indicated.

Our specialized team collaborates closely with referring physicians to develop individualized treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes. We maintain ongoing communication with referring physicians to keep them informed of patient progress.

We utilize a multidisciplinary care approach, working with specialists in vascular surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery, podiatry, infectious disease, endocrinology, pain management, and physical therapy. We also offer clinical nutrition counseling and diabetes education, and assist with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs as part of our continuum of care.
