Job summary

West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated RN to join our 176-bed facility in Philadelphia. You will provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities include routine assessments, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and clear communication with residents and families.
