Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Level 2 Emergency Department, a 48‑bed unit with 44 universal bays and 4 trauma rooms.

The RN will deliver patient care in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, providing evidenced‑based and individualized care. This full‑time role supports a Friday–Sunday schedule with a 36‑hour workweek, day shift, and Magnet designation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan; ADN route requires BSN enrollment within 6 months and completion within 4 years.
• BLS/ACLS/AHA certification as applicable.
• 3+ years of recent acute care experience in area of specialty.

• Deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
• Collaborate to provide evidenced-based medicine and individualized care.

Position Summary

Registered Nurse - RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse - RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

What you will need

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school program
• Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
• In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
• Licensed in the State of Michigan
• BLS AHA Certification
• 3 + years of recent (within 6 months) acute care experience in area of specialty.
