Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids is looking for a Registered Nurse to join a Level 2 Emergency Department with 48 beds, including 4 trauma rooms. This full-time role features a 12-hour day shift and a 36-hour work week with a Fri–Sun schedule.

As an RN in a Magnet-designated facility, you will work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. Michigan RN license, ADN (BSN preferred), and BLS are required with 3+ years acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school program.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• BLS AHA Certification.
• 3+ years of recent acute care experience in area of specialty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

Position Summary:

Registered Nurse - RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse - RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.

What you will need:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school program


• Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred.


• In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire


• Licensed in the State of Michigan


• BLS AHA Certification


• 3 + years of recent (within 6 months) acute care experience in area of specialty.
