Suncoast Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a caring Hospice RN for a weekend schedule in Pinellas County, providing expert end-of-life care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and families in home and facility settings.

Under physician orders you will assess and coordinate needs, administer and document medications, and support families through bereavement and closure, with field-based duties requiring reliable transportation and Florida RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida license as a Registered Nurse.
• Valid Florida State Driver’s License.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• Prefer one year experience in an acute or post acute care setting.
• Preferred experience caring for terminal patients and others with life threatening illnesses.
• For field-based positions, employees must have reliable transportation which will enable them to perform tasks and responsibilities in a timely and appropriate fashion.
• Must provide proof of valid automobile insurance.

What You'll Need
