Job summary

LifeBridge Health’s Northwest Hospital unit seeks an experienced RN to provide direct clinical care, assess and plan patient care, and supervise staff per shift under the unit manager. The role supports CNO to maintain high-quality, safe care and efficient resource management.

Requirements include a nursing degree and Maryland RN license or eligibility, plus at least one year of RN experience. Vascular access experience is preferred. BLS certification is required.

• Ideal applicant will have vascular access experience.
• Nursing Degree is required.

Summary

Summary:
Under the direction of the unit manager, this role provides direct clinical patient care. The role will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct age-appropriate clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated. The role is accountable to support CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
