Job summary

UPMC System Float Team is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our internal travel staffing program. Rotate to different UPMC facilities every six weeks across Pennsylvania, New York, and Western Maryland, delivering high-quality care in medical-surgical and emergency settings.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Emergency Department settings preferred.

This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus! Eligible candidates may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment. Current UPMC employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus program.

As a UPMC System Float Nurse, you will rotate to a new UPMC facility approximately every six weeks, giving you the opportunity to provide care across Pennsylvania, New York, and Western Maryland while expanding your clinical skills and professional network.
