Job summary

River Terrace Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled care and monitor resident conditions within an 82-bed sub-acute and long-term facility. We offer 3-11 FT and 11-7 PT shifts, with same-day pay and up to $3 shift differentials.

The RN must hold an active MA license and BLS, with strong assessment and documentation skills to support individualized care plans and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• Valid BLS CPR certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written care plan.
• Follow and implement care plans from Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments as per plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are met.
