Job summary

Glens Falls Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Glens Falls, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead the unit, ensure high standards of care, and mentor nursing staff. The role involves supervising daily operations and collaborating with administration to maintain quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid State RN License, have Long Term Care experience, and possess strong computer and communication skills to effectively interact with residents and families.

Requirements:

• 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
• 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
