Job summary

Asante Outpatient Center in Grants Pass is seeking an experienced perioperative RN to provide compassionate, efficient nursing care in a fast-paced surgical setting. You will scrub and circulate, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support continuous improvements in patient outcomes.

Required: RN license in Oregon, BLS certification; perioperative experience. BSN preferred; CNOR may be valued. Relocation assistance for external candidates may be available.

Who We Are

The Asante Outpatient Center (AOC) is a state-of-the-art clinic designed to consolidate specialty services. This environmentally sustainable facility includes orthopedic and sports medicine, general and colorectal surgery, rehabilitation, laboratory, cardiopulmonary, X-ray, urgent care, and the new outpatient surgery center. The outpatient surgery center provides care for those needing surgical services that do not require an overnight stay in the hospital. Our new surgical suites feature the latest technology in a comfortable, healing environment. Types of surgeries provided at this location include general, orthopedic, gynecological, and ear, nose and throat procedures.

What You Must Have

Education

• Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) preferred

Experience

• Recent perioperative experience required

License/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN), required upon start.
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA), required upon start.
• CNOR sponsored by the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN), preferred.
