Job summary

Asante Outpatient Center in Grants Pass, OR seeks an Endoscopy RN to join a state‑of‑the‑art clinic offering orthopedic, general surgery and outpatient services. You will provide procedural sedation for endoscopy across the AOC and ATRMC teams, delivering patient‑centered care with a collaborative nursing staff.

This part‑time, 0.7 FTE role features a daytime schedule with variable hours and days, relocation assistance may be available, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
• Recent PACU/ICU/ED experience preferred
• RN license in Oregon required on start
• BLS required on start
• ACLS required within 4 months of hire
• PALS required within 6 months of hire
• CAPA preferred (AOC PACU)
• CPAN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural sedation for endoscopy procedures for the AOC and ATRMC
• Work with a team of nurses and techs to deliver patient-centered care
• Support outpatient surgery and endoscopy services with high-quality nursing care

Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.700000 | Part Time | Variable Hours/Variable Days | The AOC is open Monday - Friday from 0600 - 1800 and closed for all holidays.

SalaryRange:$53.99 - $77.79

Shift Differentials:

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm


• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am


• $2.50 extra for working weekends

Position Summary

The Asante Outpatient Center (AOC) is a state-of-the-art clinic designed to consolidate specialty services. This environmentally sustainable facility includes orthopedic and sports medicine, general and colorectal surgery, urology, rehabilitation, laboratory, cardiopulmonary, X-ray, urgent care, and outpatient surgery center. The outpatient surgery center provides care for those needing surgical services that do not require an overnight stay in the hospital. Our surgical suites feature the latest technology in a comfortable, healing environment. Types of surgeries provided at this location include general, orthopedic, urological, and ear, nose and throat procedures.

As a Endoscopy RN at Asante Outpatient Center in Grants Pass, you will have the opportunity to:

• Work with an excellent team of nurses and techs to provide optimal patient centered care


• Be a part of a continually growing Outpatient Surgery and Endoscopy business


• Provide procedural sedation for patients undergoing endoscopy procedures for both the AOC and Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC)

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, preferred

Experience

• Recent Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)/ICU/ED experience preferred


• Recent Procedural RN Sedation preferred

License/Certification

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing required upon start


• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start


• ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required within 4 months of hire date


• PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified by American Heart Association (AHA) required within 6 months of hire date


• CAPA: Certified Ambulatory Perianesthesia Nurse,preferred(for AOC PACU)


• CPAN: Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse, preferred.
