IU Health's Adult Organ Transplant Unit at University Hospital in Indianapolis is seeking experienced nurses to care for kidney, liver, pancreas, and multi-visceral transplant recipients. This 33-bed unit emphasizes teamwork, advanced clinical skills, and high-quality patient outcomes on a day-shift, full-time basis.

Required: ASN with RN license (BSN preferred), BLS. Cross-training into Transplant ICU and strong benefits, including loan forgiveness, await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on the Adult Organ Transplant Unit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan and implement care.
• Monitor transplant recipients and manage medications and drips.
• Cross-train into Transplant ICU where available.
