Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System (NGHS) is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic hospital setting. The RN will participate in evolving practice, share governance activities, and contribute to patient experience data and safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred), valid Georgia RN license, and at least 2 years of RN experience, with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia.
• Associates Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates basic assessment skills and medication administration.
• Coordinate care and discharge planning for assigned patients.
• Actively participates in shared governance, quality teams and PI processes.
