Capital Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to support admission, discharge, and transfer processes across units. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and document in the EHR using teach-back techniques.

Ideal candidates have a BSN (preferred), at least four years in acute care with telemetry experience, and NJ RN licensure with BLS. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experience: Four years in acute care; telemetry experience preferred.
• Credentials: AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider; NJ RN license.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments on admission and document in the EHR.
• Collaborate with primary nurse on admission needs and discharge planning.
• Ensure home medication lists are up to date in the EHR.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge instructions.
• Support throughput and early discharge processes.
