Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Demonstrates accountability, teamwork, and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of nursing practices according to evidence-based research and standards of care.
• Ongoing communication with patients, nursing colleagues and the health care team.
• Medication administration using bar-scanning and documentation technologies.
• Electronic documentation of assessments, plans, interventions and evaluations.
• Patient and family education aimed at health and wellness.
• Multidisciplinary discharging of patients for safe transition of care.
