Qualifications

• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, interpreting data for distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care, focusing on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and progress per hospital policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: COVID, Cardiac drips, Cardiac monitor, Cardioversion, Defibrillation, Device experience, EKG monitoring, High acuity patients, Post cardiac intervention, or Sheath pulls.
