Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or related care preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and critical vital signs, interpreting data for distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per the medical plan.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust the care plan as needed for cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient condition and progress.

Salary: $77,500 to $135,000 /year
