• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs and identify distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications and interventions per the care plan
• Collaborate with providers to adjust the plan of care for cardiac status
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition and progress in EMR
