Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in the Grand Blanc, MI area. Nurses with cardiac telemetry experience are encouraged to apply for day or night shifts, with positions available as full-time, part-time, or per diem.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identifying distress or abnormal patterns.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient status and care progress per policies.

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify any signs of distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient's cardiac status
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
