Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Maywood, IL to support cardiac care teams at partner hospitals.

You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with providers to adjust care plans while educating patients and families about heart health.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry or cardiac care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring techniques.
• Proficient with electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, interpreting data for distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the care plan, focusing on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient condition and progress per policies.

• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques

• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $61,300 to $100,978 /year
