Job summary

Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Glendale, AZ. You will monitor cardiac rhythms, administer treatments, and collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient cardiac status. Qualifications include ADN or higher, an active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and 1 year in cardiac telemetry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, focusing on cardiac status.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: COVID, Cardiac drips, Cardiac monitor, Cardioversion, Defibrillation, Device experience, EKG monitoring, High acuity patients, Post cardiac intervention, or Sheath pulls.
