Incredible Health in Commerce Township, MI is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms, administer care, and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications include ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and EMR proficiency; 1 year telemetry experience preferred. Shifts include day and night; both full-time and part-time roles are available. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identify distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications and interventions per the plan of care.
• Collaborate with providers to adjust the care plan based on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Document patient condition and progress accurately per policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies
