Incredible Health in Detroit, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms, administer interventions, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize cardiac status. Candidates should have ADN or higher, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS confirmations.

Experience in cardiac telemetry and EKG interpretation is preferred; EMR proficiency is expected. Eligible shifts include day, night, and mid; positions are full-time, part-time, or per diem with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year cardiac telemetry or cardiac care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other vital signs, interpret data for distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications and interventions per the medical plan.
• Collaborate with providers to adjust the plan with focus on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital and department policies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify any signs of distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient's cardiac status
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $61,860 to $100,870 /year
