Job summary

Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in the Dallas, TX area to monitor cardiac rhythms and support high-acuity patients. You will administer treatments, collaborate with the care team, and educate patients on heart health as part of an integrated cardiac service.

The role requires an ADN or higher, an active RN license, and BLS/ACLS with proficiency in EMR and EKG interpretation.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or related care preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identify distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to modify the plan focusing on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of condition and progress per policies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $54,000 to $111,000 /year
