Incredible Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Boca Raton, FL to monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status on a high-acuity unit. You will administer treatments, coordinate with the care team, and educate patients and families about heart health and follow-up care.

The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certification. Expect day, night, or mid shifts with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, focusing on the patient's cardiac status
• Educate patients and families on heart health, treatment plans, and home care instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress per policies
