Job summary

Taylor Regional Hospital in Kentucky is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse to join the care team in the Telemetry Department. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care, effective communication, and accurate documentation while supporting a safe and compliant clinical environment.

With a KY RN license and an associate degree, you will work varied shifts in a full-time or part-time capacity, including a 20% night differential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• Valid KY RN license.
• At least 6 months experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures optimal patient care.
• Communicates and Educates effectively to patients on the level of understanding their process and discharge.
• Maintains accurate patient records and documentation.
• Supports a conductive work environment and recognizes emergent situations.
• Follows HIPAA compliance.
• Competent in nursing skills and personally responsible and reliable.
• Follows all safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Administers medications and therapies in accordance with the RN Nurse Practice Act and TRH policies.
• Proficient recognizing cardia rhythms and understanding advanced airway support and ventilation assistance.
• Competent with advanced monitoring equipment.
