Job summary

Main Line Health in Bryn Mawr, PA is seeking a Telemetry Stepdown Nurse to join the 18-bed unit. You will care for Telemetry Neuro Stepdown patients and support the patient experience while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Opportunities for career growth include pursuing certifications and advanced nursing degrees through our Tuition Reimbursement Program, with up to $6,000 per year eligibility. Evening/night shifts are available with every third weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in PA or multi-state license via compact.
• Recent telemetry nurse experience required.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Care for Telemetry Neuro Stepdown patients in a 18-bed unit.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient experience.
• Precept new staff and participate in nursing committees.
• Engage in Clinical Ladder activities and education.

Position:

Registered Nurse RN - 5A Telemetry Neuro Stepdown

Shift:

Full-Time, Nights; 36-hours per week, 7 pm to 7:30 am; every third weekend rotation.

Experience:

• 1. 1 year(s) of recent telemetry Nurse experience required.

Education:

• 1. RN Diploma, ASN required.
• 2. BSN preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

• 1. PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• 2. Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
